Take this small quiz and see what Christmas was like for you!
- What were your Christmas meals like?
- Modest, out of solidarity with all those I don't know.
- Expensive and chique; I really outdid myself this year, because I don't think much of the poor and I really feel like I've earned this.
- Together with the family; it was cozy and many great people joined together.
- I was lonely and ate all by myself.
- It was beautifully decorated with candles, baubles, tinsel, stuff like that.
- There's nothing like a big Christmas tree at a prominent position!
- There were socks hanging from the mantle and a pile of Christmas presents under the tree.
- It was filled with lights. Lots of lights!
- I had a lot of deep and interesting conversations.
- I've been watching movies at home or at the cinema.
- I played sports and went out for a drink.
- I went on a trip for the weekend.
- I've thought about world peace.
- I have been pondering whether I prefer the Christmas child over Santa Clause.
- I visited pleasant church gatherings or saw them on TV.
- I went to a beautiful concert and read an inspiring book.
- I have wanted to tell someone the story about the angels and the Light that came to the world.
- I wondered wat the Bible says about Christmas. I searched and to my surprise discovered it doesn't mention Christmas.
- I shrugged; you shouldn't take everything in the Bible literally.
- I took the idols, occult imagery and devilish rituals for granted.
- Celebrate the birth of King Jesus during the Feast of Tabernacles in October. It is the Biblical feast about a future of hope.
- Celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles with lots of guests and introducory guests, especially those who are poor or lonely. Let them rejoice in the hope you live in!
- Celebrate the feast without any influence of false gods; take only delight in the Lord Jesus.
- Celebrate the feast in your house or in a tent, and share your life with the poor and lonely. Richly distribute from the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
- Celebrate the feast in a Biblical sense and you will bear much fruit in the honor of King Jesus and in the building of His Kingdom.
What was your home like?
How did you spend your days off?
In what way did you experience the message of Christmas?
How do you reflect on the Biblical aspects this year?
What could I do differently next time?
Such a Biblical feast is free from commercial and occult influences and is a lot of fun to be celebrated by the young and old, by the poor and rich. Just like the Kingdom of King Jesus is supposed to be, and just like the Bible has commanded us. By the way, did you know that many of the needy suffer greatly during Christmas? We can change all that!
